1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected on your-digital-hub.com is:

2. Data collected
We only collect data strictly necessary for the purposes described below.
2.1. Audience measurement (after consent)
The site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM), an orchestration container operated by Google LLC, which in turn loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) after your explicit consent. GTM is injected into the page only after the consent banner is accepted. Data collected by GA4 includes:
- Page views, navigation paths, visit duration.
- Traffic source (referrer, campaign, search engine).
- Device, browser and operating system (aggregated category).
- Country and region (via anonymized IP address).
No directly identifying data is collected. The IP address is anonymized client-side before transmission.
2.2. Contact data
When you email us at contact@your-digital-hub.com or through a form, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message.
2.3. Server logs
Our host Vercel retains technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response code, user-agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. The IP address is anonymized after thirty (30) days.
2.4. Data collected as part of a commercial engagement
Professional contact details of Client-side counterparts are processed as part of contract performance. This processing is independent of the site and is framed by the contract and, where applicable, by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

4. Recipients
Data is processed by authorized YOUR DIGITAL HUB personnel and its processors, strictly within what is necessary for their duties:
- Google LLC: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 provision. Safeguards: Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Vercel Inc.: site hosting. Safeguards: DPF and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Mailbox and CRM providers: incoming email processing. An up-to-date list is provided on request.
No data is sold or transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Google LLC and Vercel Inc. are established in the United States. Data transfers are framed by:
- Data Privacy Framework (DPF): both companies are DPF-certified, ensuring a level of protection deemed adequate by the European Commission (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
- Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, signed with each processor as an additional safeguard.
